Apolis is seeking a NOC Technician to support 24/7 network operations at government facilities in IL and UT. The role requires monitoring, incident management, and rapid fault resolution to maintain critical services.

Responsibilities include incident ticketing in ServiceNow/ITSM, 24/7 monitoring, diagnostics, and coordinating with providers to restore service while ensuring SLAs. Security clearance and DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification are mandatory.

Formación

Security clearance required: eligible for Secret clearance and up to Top Secret clearance.
DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification must be held by start date.
Experience in alarm surveillance or fault management is required; proficiency in two or more listed technologies.

Responsabilidades

Create, update, and monitor incident tickets using ServiceNow/ITSM.
Monitor network events and faults on a 24/7/365 basis and analyze alarms.
Isolate root causes and coordinate fault corrections with teams.
Notify contacts about incidents and coordinate with providers to restore service.
Restore networks and services while ensuring SLAs are met.
Demonstrate proficiency with DISN routers, switches, and crypto devices.
