Job summary

Trace Systems Inc. is recruiting a Network Administrator I to support the Missile Defense Agency at Scott AFB, IL. You will operate in a high-visibility NOC, monitor networks, troubleshoot outages, and ensure service continuity 24/7.

Qualified candidates hold an active Secret clearance (Top-Secret eligible), US citizenship, and a DoD-8570 IAT Level II cert. The role requires teamwork, documentation, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Active DoD-8570 IAT Level II baseline certification (e.g., Security+ CE) required.
• US Citizenship required due to government work.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment, including rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot network traffic across transport and IP infrastructures for MDA/DISA.
• Perform real-time failovers and service restoration to ensure continuity.
• Support incident detection, escalation, and resolution per NOC duties.
