Leidos is seeking a Computer Support Analyst for the Center for Information Systems Security (CISS) with growth opportunities across networking, system administration, and related IT areas. The role supports the NOC in Chantilly, VA and may require travel to Washington, D.C. to support mission needs.

Formación

• Typically requires BS degree and 2–4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Team leadership experience.
• Final Top Secret clearance.
• Experience with Windows Server administration tools: WSUS, Group Policy, Active Directory, RDP.
• Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022/2025 troubleshooting.
• GOTS/COTS application installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Performs integration of new COTS/GOTS systems into the production environment, ensuring mission readiness.
• Manages change controls for CMDB documentation and corrective action on discrepancies.
• Develops technical solutions and resolves complex issues across IT domains; records solutions in knowledge base and ticketing system.
• Reviews data from Network Monitoring System; audits systems to meet program requirements; assesses risks and remediates incidents.
• After training, acts as subject matter expert in AOR, analyzes issues, makes remediation recommendations, and carries out remediation processes.
