Job summary

You will install, configure, and maintain desktops and VoIP devices, patch networks, manage SCCM and ServiceNow tickets, and contribute to the design and deployment of voice and video systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with IT experience.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, and Unix environments.
• Familiarity with SCCM and IT ticketing systems.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software within desktop computing environments.
• Perform network switch patching and configuration.
• Ensure security patches are current and successfully applied.
• Develop test specifications and procedures.
• Assist with the design, engineering, installation, configuration, accreditation, and scheduling of voice and video communication systems.
• Support asset management activities, including inventory, relocation, repair, removal, and destruction of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while responding to emergent support requirements.
• Deliver training to rotating military personnel on system configuration, hardware repair, and secure audio and video communications.
