Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide direct supervision and support for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. You will help maintain structure, supervise meals, and support therapeutic programming across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include incident prevention, documentation in the EHR, and collaboration with the care team to ensure patient safety and well-being during shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or related field is required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state and local licensing regulations
• Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience required
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record required at sites with company vehicles
• Washington teammates must hold a state credential may be pending at time of hire

Responsibilities

• Milieu Management including maintaining program structure and safety checks
• Meal Support including participating in meals and snacks with patients
• Administrative Support including documentation and transportation as needed
• Supports group outings and patient transportation to medical appointments
• Distributes mail and packages daily
