Job summary

United Data Technologies, Inc. is seeking a NOC Engineer I to join our Orlando, FL office. You'll provide first level technical support, analyze, install, configure, maintain, and repair network infrastructure and applications, ensuring SLA commitments.

You will lead NOC operations, monitor systems, handle incident tickets, coordinate with clients and vendors, and support disaster recovery. Strong teamwork and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in LAN/WAN or internet security appliances.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve and support within the NOC via remote and on-site support for low/medium complexity incidents.
  • Support disaster recovery and crisis management during outages.
  • Inform management and clients about deficiencies observed during shifts.
  • Perform remote access implementations (VPN, Terminal Services, Citrix) and monitor systems.
  • Provide timely responses to escalations and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Interface with executives and partners to ensure accurate escalation and documented updates.
  • Collaborate with clients/vendors to improve operations and implement new practices.
  • Document all work as tickets in the PSA tool and maintain SLA alignment.
  • Participate in discovery sessions to gather requirements.
