Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of experience with local area networks and internet security appliances.
• Experience with DNS, SMTP, SNMP is necessary.
• Four years of technical support or NOC role experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering level technical support to UDT customers.
• Utilize proactive monitoring tools to identify network failures.
• Document customer interactions accurately in a ticketing system.
