Job summary

UDT is hiring a NOC Engineer I to deliver first-level technical support, analyze, install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure and related software. You will manage incidents within SLAs, perform remote and on-site support, and collaborate with vendors to maintain service quality.

The role emphasizes proactive monitoring, incident logging, and adherence to ITIL-aligned processes while ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple client environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in local area networks, internet connectivity, or internet security appliances.
• 2+ years of experience supporting routers, switches, or wireless access points.
• 2+ years of experience with DNS, SMTP, SNMP,

Responsibilities

• Resolve and support within the NOC via remote control solutions and on-site client support of low/medium complexity incidents (WAN/LAN, routers, firewalls, security).
• Support disaster recovery solutions and execute Crisis Management during outages.
• Interface with client executives and vendors to ensure satisfaction and proper escalation.
• Enter all work as service tickets in PSA tool and document activities daily.
• Design and deploy LANs, WANs, and wireless networks including servers, routers, firewalls, load balancers, switches, and UPSs.
