Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license as required by state law.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Minimum education requirement is a 10th grade education.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care according to residents' care plans.
• Identify residents before treatments and meals using ID methods.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and protect PHI.
• Assist with daily activities and ensure resident comfort and safety.
