Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and supervision. You will identify residents, document accurately, report changes, and assist with room preparation and resident comfort.

The role requires a CNA license, CPR is preferred, and a high school grade level (10th) or higher. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for this on-site position in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
• CPR preferred.
• 10th grade education minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care according to resident care plan.
• Identify residents before procedures using wristband/photo card.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Ensure resident room is ready for receiving the resident (bed made, name tags up, admission kit available).
• Greet residents and escort them to their room and introduce them to roommates.
