Job summary

PACS is seeking a dedicated licensed CNA to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents per care plans. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, and document care and observations for nurses and supervisors.

The role requires ability to read and follow policies, report changes promptly, maintain confidentiality, and cooperate with staff. CPR preferred; 10th grade education minimum; state license required. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Must possess minimum 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments and assisting with care.
• Record entries clearly and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and follow facility policies.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and transfers.
• Support a calm, warm environment and participate in shift handoffs.
