Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst to support our nationwide technology infrastructure. You will monitor production systems, perform incident triage, and coordinate with engineering teams to maintain availability and SLA compliance across IBM z/OS, Linux and Windows environments.

The role requires 3–5 years in enterprise operations, experience with SCOM, Splunk, SolarWinds, Control-M and Remedy, and a proven track record in 24/7 shift work.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in large-scale Computer Operations or Production Support.
• Experience monitoring IBM z/OS, Linux and Windows Server 2016+.
• Familiarity with enterprise monitoring tools: SCOM, SolarWinds, Splunk.
• Experience with workload automation tools: Control-M, Tidal, CA7.
• Knowledge of incident ticketing systems (Remedy) and production troubleshooting.
• Experience with VMware, mainframes, SAN storage, LAN/WAN, MPLS or Ethernet networks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform production operations, console monitoring, and batch scheduling using Control-M.
• Monitor system, application, and network performance with SCOM, Splunk, SolarWinds, and Statseeker.
• Conduct Level 1/2 incident triage and network troubleshooting to maintain production stability.
• Support VMware, IBM z/OS, Windows Server, .NET apps, SAN storage, and enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Document incidents, maintain shift logs, and coordinate with infra and app support to meet SLA requirements.
