Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/associate degree in information technology or related field preferred.
• 1+ year in a Network Operations Center, help desk, or similar environment.
• Experience with IT operations, network infrastructure, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production environments to ensure 24x7 availability and performance.
• Triage, troubleshoot, log, and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and vendors during shifts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to restore services quickly and safely.
• Maintain shift logs and handoffs with clear documentation.
