SiriusXM is seeking a NOC Analyst to monitor complex networks and servers from a central hub. You will respond to incidents, coordinate triage with IT and operations, and document resolutions to keep stakeholders informed.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in a related field, 0–2 years in NOC/ops, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Some shifts may include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 0–2 years in a computer/network operations environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsabilités

• Monitor large computer networks and server farms from a central location.
• Lead incident notifications and triage sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Document steps and communicate resolution to incident teams.
• Maintain logs, tickets, and shift handoffs accurately.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and support TSOC activities as needed.
