Job summary

Exacta Systems, part of the Churchill Downs family, seeks a NOC Analyst to safeguard availability and performance of production tech and gaming systems. This role covers second and third shifts on the Exactac team, serving as primary contact for incidents and coordinating with internal and external teams.

Ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills, with experience in monitoring platforms and a commitment to high service levels.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a Network Operations Center or similar IT ops role.
• Experience with production or customer-facing tech environments preferred.
• ITIL knowledge or certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network, infrastructure, and gaming environments for 24x7 ops.
• Respond to alerts, tickets, and customer inquiries; document incidents.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with teams/vendors for resolution.
• Maintain shift logs and smooth handoffs to incoming staff.
• Support incident/change management processes.
