Job summary

Rivian Automotive seeks an Electrical/Computer Engineering student intern to design synthesizable RTL for NNE hardware blocks, integrate with modules, model performance, and verify functionality. On-site, full-time role for Spring Co-op Jan–Aug 2027. Visa sponsorship not available.

Ideal candidates are pursuing degrees in Electrical/Computer Engineering with SystemVerilog, Python, and experience with eCAD tools. Eligible to work onsite in Palo Alto, CA for the entire duration.

Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing a bachelors, masters, or PhD degree at an accredited university.
• Actively pursuing a degree or one closely related in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Familiarity with SystemVerilog RTL design and Python development.

• Design synthesizable RTL for NNE blocks and interfaces.
• Integrate with other modules.
• Model and analyze performance.
• Evaluate power and timing results.
• Verify intended functionality.
