Rivian is seeking a driven student to join the Silicon Development team as a Technical Program Manager Intern in Palo Alto. You will drive end-to-end SoC development programs from architecture through tapeout and bring-up, working on ADAS hardware alongside engineers.

Requires active enrollment and an expected graduation between 2027 and 2029; Spring Co-op runs Jan–Aug 2027, full-time onsite (40 hours/week). No visa sponsorship. Rivian is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifikationen

• Must be currently pursuing a bachelors, masters, or PhD degree at an accredited university.
• Actively pursuing a degree or one closely related in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• Experience with pre-silicon or post-silicon activities is a plus.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Experience with JIRA or similar tracking workflows for cross-functional alignment.
• Self motivated and adaptable to changing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Own the integrated silicon program plan from architecture to bring-up.
• Collaborate with Architecture, RTL, DV, Firmware, Software, and Supply Chain teams.
• Coordinate with foundries and IP vendors; manage external partnerships.
• Identify risks, track design maturity, and escalate when needed.
• Serve as liaison between engineering teams and leadership.
