Job summary

Blackbird Health, a pediatric mental health provider, seeks therapists to deliver virtual and in‑person care to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers. You’ll build relationships, guide treatment, and work with an interdisciplinary team to foster meaningful progress.

Roles include part‑time W2 and 1099 contractor options for LCSW, LPC, and LMFT with flexible schedules after 3:00 PM ET, remote work, and a guaranteed caseload in a supportive, growth‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT.
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual care experience.
• Available after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality virtual and in‑person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults and caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families and educate them on therapeutic approaches.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to tailor treatment plans.
• Support engagement in treatment and ensure progress across ages 2–26.
