Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking therapists to provide high-quality virtual and in-person therapy for children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. You will build meaningful relationships, assess needs, and guide treatment with evidence-based approaches in a supportive interdisciplinary team.

Positions include W2 Part-Time and 1099 Contractor tracks with flexible hours and a guaranteed caseload. Remote and after 3 PM ET weekday/weekend availability is preferred to align with core windows.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescents.
• 1+ year of telehealth experience.
• Available after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships and assess needs to guide treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care.
• Contribute to both virtual and in-person therapy sessions.
