Blackbird Health in Pennsylvania is seeking licensed clinicians to provide therapy for children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers in both virtual and in-person formats. You’ll join an interdisciplinary team, build relationships, and support engagement in treatment.

We offer two employment tracks: W2 Part-Time (20 hrs/week) and 1099 Contractor, with a guaranteed caseload, weekly clinical supervision, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and

Qualificações

• Active Pennsylvania license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• 1+ year of experience with children/adolescents.
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual care experience.
• Available after 3:00 PM ET weekdays or weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships and support engagement in treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for evidence-based care.
