Blackbird Health is hiring licensed therapists to provide virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults, along with their caregivers. You will engage families, tailor treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.

The role supports flexible, after-3pm scheduling with a guaranteed caseload and weekly clinical consultation. Remote options available; benefits include comprehensive medical coverage and 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT.
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience.
• Available after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends.
• Passion for family-centered, high-touch care.

Responsabilités

• Deliver therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships, assess needs, and educate on therapeutic approaches.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.
• Maintain a guaranteed caseload and participate in ongoing clinical consultation.
