Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking licensed therapists to deliver high‑quality therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults in a fully remote or hybrid setting. You will work with caregivers, build strong patient relationships, and apply evidence‑based approaches across virtual and in‑person sessions.

You’ll join an interdisciplinary team and receive licensure sponsorship as you expand your practice in Blackbird’s operating states.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in at least one U.S. state.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in one or more states Blackbird operates in (licensure covered).
• One year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to children/adolescents.
• One year of telehealth or virtual care experience.
• Own a phone, computer, and high‑speed internet.
• Flexibility to work after-school hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality virtual and in‑person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships, support engagement, and educate on therapeutic approaches.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence‑based care.
