Blackbird Health is seeking licensed therapists to provide evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers in both virtual and in-person settings. You will build trust-based relationships, assess needs, and guide families through treatment with an interdisciplinary team, delivering compassionate care.

Roles include W2 Part-Time (20 hrs/week) or 1099 Contractor options for LCSW/LPC/LMFT, with a focus on after-3 PM core hours.

Formación

• Active New Jersey license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT.
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience.
• Available after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends.
• Passion for family-centered, high-touch care.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, understand their needs, support engagement in treatment, and educate them on therapeutic approaches.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide therapy services and positive outcomes.

Conocimientos

New Jersey license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT)

Experience with children/adolescents

Telehealth experience

Availability after 3 PM ET
