Blackbird Health is hiring a Child and Adolescent Therapist licensed in NJ to provide virtual and in-person therapy for ages 2-26 and their caregivers. Flexible tracks, with focus on building strong patient relationships and delivering evidence-based care.

Role offers remote work within New Jersey, with a guaranteed caseload and weekly clinical support. Licensure required and telehealth experience preferred. Compensation includes base plus session incentives.

Formación

• Active New Jersey license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT.
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience.
• Passion for family-centered, high-touch care.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children and adolescents.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families and educate on therapeutic approaches.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient progress.
