Job summary

Harford Crisis Response in Bel Air, MD is seeking an Overnight Mobile Crisis Counselor to deliver in-person crisis interventions and hotline support during overnight hours. This PRN role requires a master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field, with licensed candidates preferred, and a valid driver’s license.

You will work 11pm–7am on Friday, Saturday, and every other Sunday, earning an hourly rate of $27–$32.50 plus a $65 overnight shift stipend.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Preference for licensed clinicians.
• Requires valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, community-based crisis interventions to deescalate crises.
• Answer hotline calls and provide phone counseling when dispatched.
• Document hotline calls, dispatches, and care team contacts in the EHR.
