Harford Crisis Response in Bel Air, MD seeks an Overnight Phone Counselor (On-Call) to work 11pm-7am, Monday through Friday, on a PRN basis. The role involves crisis counseling, active engagement, and timely documentation in the health record, with reports to the Phone Supervisor.

A bachelor’s degree in a human services field is required, with preference for master’s level clinicians or licensed clinicians.

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred for clinical licensing.
• Licensed clinician status is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• On-Call/As Needed Overnight Crisis Phone Counselor from 11pm-7am, Monday - Friday.
• Provide crisis intervention and active engagement with callers; deescalate when needed.
• Document hotline calls and client interactions in the electronic health record accurately.
• Coordinate with care team; refer to community resources for housing or treatment.
• Assist with appointments, transportation, and follow-up to support treatment goals.
