Job summary

Office on Mental Health/Core Service Agency of Harford County, Inc. is seeking a Lead Mobile Crisis Counselor to provide crisis interventions, assess clients, and collaborate with the care team. The position is 100% in-person in Bel Air, MD, with a Monday–Friday schedule and after-hours coverage as needed.

The role requires 1.5–2 years of mobile crisis experience and an MSW or equivalent licensure. A valid driver’s license is required, and the position offers comprehensive benefits and a 40-hour

Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5–2 years in mobile crisis or crisis-related work.
• Licensed master level social worker, counselor, or equivalent licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis interventions to deescalate situations.
• Collaborate with the care team and coordinate treatment.
• Establish daily follow-up routines and client contact.
• Interview clients, review records, and assess mental/physical condition.
• Refer clients to housing or treatment resources and follow up.
