Harford Crisis Response in Bel Air, MD seeks an Overnight Phone Counselor (On-Call) to provide crisis support overnight. This PRN, non-exempt role reports to the Phone Supervisor and operates as an essential employee.

The position requires at least a bachelor’s degree in a human services field (master’s preferred, licensed clinicians favored) and involves documenting calls, deescalation, referrals, and collaboration with the care team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field is required.
• Master’s level clinicians and licensed clinicians are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• On-Call/As Needed Overnight Crisis Phone Counselor from 11pm-7am, Monday - Friday.
• Provides crisis interventions to deescalate situations and document calls in the health record.
• Collaborates with community providers to plan or coordinate treatment and referrals.
