Job summary

Santé Group Companies in Westminster, MD is seeking a full-time Phone Counselor to join our on-site crisis intervention team. You will serve as the first point of contact for individuals in crisis, evaluate needs, assess risks, provide goal-directed counseling, and crisis planning during overnight shifts.

This is an in-person role requiring presence at the Westminster location. This position offers a pay range of $19.00–$21.50 per hour plus a 20% overnight differential and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field, or five years of crisis hotline experience.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Triage crisis calls and obtain client information.
• Conduct assessments and dispatch resources as needed.
• Deescalate clients over the phone and create crisis plans.
• Document accurately and communicate clients’ needs for referrals.
