Job summary

You will develop and maintain strong customer relationships while maximizing business potential. Key duties include promoting positive relationships, monitoring on-time delivery and accurate billing, communicating with customers to resolve issues, scheduling pickups, entering orders, and providing load updates to operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1–2 years of Customer Service or Sales experience OR Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to effectively transmit, receive, and interpret ideas through various mediums
• Ability to adjust to new or changing assignments and maintain composure under pressure

Responsibilities

• Promote positive customer relationships by engaging regularly and providing solutions to meet needs and goals
• Monitor and support on-time delivery, damage-free services, and accurate billing
• Proactively communicate with customers to check load status and resolve issues to minimize service failures
• Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments optimizing transit time and meeting customer expectations
• Enter customer orders into the order management system to track loads and provide information to operations teams
• Obtain approval for accessorial charges and spot rates for assigned customers
• Serve as a point of contact for load updates and capacity availability
