Job summary

Regional One Health in Memphis, TN is seeking a Nurse Manager to supervise evening, night and weekend nursing staff and maintain appropriate patient care levels across units.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in nursing, TN RN licensure, CPR certification, and at least 3 years of clinical nursing experience with 1 year in a leadership position. The incumbent will ensure staffing, training, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.

• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience with one year in a leadership role required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing personnel during assigned shift and ensure staffing levels.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary team communication and adherence to care standards.
• Monitor patient care and compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide on-the-spot orientation and training of staff as needed.
• Take disciplinary action in consultation with Nurse Manager/Director as necessary.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with health team members during off-shifts.
