Job summary

Regional One Health seeks a Nurse Manager for the Med-Surg unit in Memphis, TN. The role supervises nursing staff during night and weekend shifts, ensuring safe, compliant patient care and effective interdepartmental collaboration.

You will provide clinical oversight, perform rounds, and coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers while guiding staff and ensuring policy conformity across the unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing is required.
• Current RN licensure in the state of TN.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises nursing personnel and patient care during assigned shift.
• Ensures compliance with patient care standards and regulatory requirements.
• M akes rounds and maintains managerial presence to ensure care is delivered per hospital policies.
• Responds to emergencies coordinating with the health team.
• Provides patient assessments and recommendations on care.
