Job summary

Regional One Health in Memphis, TN is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse to provide nursing care per regimens and policies. You will perform assessments, administer medications, educate patients, and assist with discharge planning.

The role requires graduation from an approved nursing program, TN RN licensure (or compact state), and BCLS certification, with preferred BSN and inpatient experience. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing school/program (Required).
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred).
• RN licensure to work in TN (or compact state) (Required).
• Basic Life Support certification (Required).
• Experience in inpatient nursing care (Required).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to medical regimen and standards.
• Initiate patient assessment based on problems, diagnosis and health framework.
• Document assessments, diagnoses and care provided.
• Administer medications, treatments, and immunizations as ordered.
• Support discharge planning and patient education.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
• Coordinate referrals and participate in emergencies including CPR/BLS.
