Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution required.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce required.
• Broad knowledge of warehouse operations, methods and procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication and people development skills.
• Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset to ensure an injury-free environment.
• Oversee and coach warehouse associates, addressing performance gaps.
• Direct and supervise work to achieve efficient workflow and accuracy.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring warehouse personnel.
• Drive accurate orders and ensure proper staging and loading.
• Monitor productivity and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain facility safety and compliance with MSS/FSQA guidelines.
