Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a night-shift team in a high-volume facility. You will ensure safety, accuracy, and timely receiving and loading of inbound/outbound goods, while coaching staff and driving cost-effective operations.

Minimum three years in warehouse distribution and one year leading a team are required; HACCP/OSHA familiarity is valued, with a focus on continuous improvement and skilled use of MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
• Familiarity with HACCP, OSHA and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset to maintain a safety-first culture.
• Oversee and coach warehouse associates, manage performance gaps.
• Direct and supervise work to meet efficiency and safety targets.
• Hire and develop teams, review performance and discipline as needed.
• Ensure accurate orders, staging, and timely shipping/receiving.
• Monitor operations data and coach to address mis-picks.
• Manage dock locations, FIFO compliance, and stock locations.
• Maintain warehouse and equipment safety and sanitation schedules.
