Job summary

Performance Foodservice seeks a Night Warehouse Manager to oversee the warehouse operations, safety, and daily/nightly productivity. You will lead a team of supervisors, coordinate processes, and ensure efficient use of staff and equipment to meet customer needs.

The role requires 4–6 years of warehouse supervisory experience and a High School Diploma or GED. You will implement SOPs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years warehouse supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety policies.
• Ability to manage inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the warehouse operations and supervise staff daily.
• Contribute to SOP development for warehousing and transportation.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and serviced as needed.
• Monitor productivity and quality; implement improvement plans.
• Evaluate workloads and determine personnel/equipment needs.
• Lead safety policies and practices in the warehouse.
• Provide coaching and maintain team morale and performance.
• Address employee concerns and enforce consistent practices.
• Monitor warehouse security and shift progress.
• Coordinate replenishment and inventory counts to maintain accuracy.
• Support training programs for warehouse staff.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of warehouse personnel.
• Manage staff activities and evaluate performance.
