Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Sr. Manager, Warehouse to lead a high-volume distribution environment in Buffalo, NY. You will guide warehouse leaders to deliver safe, accurate, and timely receiving and storage, and ensure outbound loading meets customer needs.

The role focuses on developing managers, driving engagement, and optimizing costs while upholding OSHA and HACCP standards in a union-influenced facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience supervising warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and people development skills; effective communication.
• Knowledge of OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Achieve safety, service, and cost targets in the warehouse.
• Develop Warehouse Managers through coaching and training.
• Oversee and develop all warehouse associates and drive engagement.
• Monitor operations data and enforce process improvements.
• Support union and non-union staff per policy and agreements.
