Job summary

US Foods, Inc. in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking a Manager, Warehouse to lead a union workforce, uphold safety, and drive efficient operations across receiving, storage, and outbound loading.

You will coach staff, set performance targets, schedule shifts (Sunday–Thursday 4 pm start), ensure accuracy and compliance with MSS and FSQA, and partner with senior management to reduce costs and improve service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution.
• Experience overseeing a workforce.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Knowledge of OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset to prevent injuries and enforce safety procedures.
• Direct and supervise warehouse associates to meet productivity targets.
• Coordinate hiring and coaching with Sr. Warehouse Managers.
• Ensure accurate orders are received, stored, and loaded for shipping.
• Monitor productivity and quality metrics and take corrective action as needed.
• Schedule shifts and maintain MSS/FSQA compliance.
