Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Manager, Warehouse to lead safety, people, and cost-focused operations. You will ensure safe, accurate, and timely receiving, storage, and loading of inbound and outbound product, and drive efficient warehouse operations through the associates you lead.

You will coach and develop staff, participate in building high-performing teams, and collaborate with operations management to reduce shrink and improve cost control.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset to ensure injury-free associates.
• Oversee and develop warehouse associates through coaching and training.
• Direct and supervise work and productivity of warehouse staff.
• Hire and develop warehouse personnel in conjunction with senior managers.
• Ensure accurate orders are staged and loaded for shipping or receiving.
• Monitor performance and safety targets and take corrective action.
• Maintain safety and sanitary compliance per MSS and FSQA requirements.
