Job summary

US Foods, Inc. in Ogden, UT is seeking a Night Warehouse Manager. You will lead a safety-first warehouse team, oversee shifts, and ensure accurate receiving, storage, and loading of goods while optimizing costs and service levels.

The role requires experience managing warehouse operations, coaching staff, and maintaining compliance with MSS/FSQA. The position includes 10% travel and a base rate ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year overseeing a workforce.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety policies and regulatory requirements (OSHA/HACCP).
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data and to use MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-first culture and champion safety procedures in the warehouse.
• Oversee and develop warehouse associates through coaching and training.
• Direct and supervise workflow to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Participate in hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure accurate orders, staging, and loading; prepare for shipping/receiving.
• Monitor KPIs and productivity reports; coach to improve performance.
• Manage dock locations, FIFO, replenishment, and will-call activities.
• Maintain MSS and FSQA compliance; inspect and address safety hazards.
