US Foods, Inc. is seeking a Night Warehouse Manager to lead a safety‑driven team in Centennial, Colorado. You will oversee inbound receiving, storage, and outbound loading, coach associates, and ensure accurate orders, inventory integrity, and cost control.

This role emphasizes safety, communication, and teamwork as you build a high‑performing warehouse culture and ensure efficient operations across the shift.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution.
• Experience overseeing a workforce.
• Broad knowledge of warehouse operations, methods and procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Aufgaben

• Lead with a safety mindset to ensure a safe, injury‑free environment.
• Oversee and develop warehouse associates through coaching and training.
• Direct and supervise the work and productivity of warehouse staff.
• Participate in building high‑performing teams with Sr. Warehouse Managers.
• Ensure accurate orders are staged for outbound loading and inbound receiving.
• Monitor performance metrics and take corrective action as needed.
• Schedule shifts and designate dock locations for inbound/outbound activity.
• Maintain facility safety and equipment, and support cost control and inventory integrity.
