US Foods in Pittston, PA is seeking a Manager, Warehouse - SSA to lead hourly outbound employees and ensure safe, accurate, and timely receiving and storage of inbound product and loading of outbound product. The role emphasizes a safety mindset, coaching, and maintaining cost-efficient operations.

Hires will supervise both union and non-union staff, build teams, monitor performance, and schedule shifts. Requires 3+ years in warehouse distribution and 1+ year in supervision; HS diploma required;

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution required.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce required.
• Strong leadership, communication and people development skills.
• Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset that ensures injury-free associates and a safety-first culture.
• Oversee and develop warehouse associates through coaching and policy training.
• Direct and supervise work and productivity within the warehouse department.
• Participate in building high-performing teams by interviewing and hiring warehouse personnel.
• Lead and direct associates to achieve accurate orders and prepare for shipping/receiving.
• Monitor operational data and take corrective actions to meet targets.
• Schedule shifts and designate dock locations to optimize workflow.
