Job summary

Sysco Northeast Redistribution Center in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, put-away, and shipping operations. You will drive safe, efficient processes and lead a team of 15–25 colleagues, coordinating schedules and coaching performance.

You will ensure accuracy in records, enforce safety policies, and collaborate with Transportation and Inventory Control to optimize warehouse flow and product integrity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Lead or supervisory experience required or in a lead position to qualify for supervisor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication between colleagues and management.
• Ability to plan, organize, analyze data, follow policies, and solve problems.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with interruptions.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues to promote safety and productivity.
• Monitor receiving and shipping procedures for efficient unloading, receiving, and loading.
• Coach colleagues on safety, performance standards, and best practices.
• Plan schedules to cover vacations, holidays, and shift fill-ins; coordinate staffing.
• Monitor workflow and balance staff to maintain even productivity.
• Evaluate staff performance and coach for improvement; reward high performance.
