Job summary

Thomsen Foodservice is seeking a Night Warehouse Supervisor to lead overnight warehouse operations, guide associates, and ensure the shift runs safely and on schedule. The role impacts inventory integrity, KPI performance, and overall distribution reliability, serving as a crucial link between frontline operations and management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years warehouse experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory control practices.
• Proficient in English.
• Able to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Available to work Sunday night through Thursday night and remain on shift until night work is completed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse associates during assigned shifts.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback while ensuring adherence to policies and safety procedures.
• Monitor receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes for accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and FIFO stock rotation and escalate issues as needed.
• Enforce OSHA and food safety standards, conduct safety checks and participate in audits.
• Track team productivity and accuracy KPIs and communicate shift performance to management.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
