Job summary

The Chefs' Warehouse is seeking a Night Warehouse Lead to guide nightly operations and ensure accurate order preparation for next-day delivery. You will supervise staff, coordinate receiving and loading, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, strong organization, attention to detail, and knowledge of inventory control, OSHA, and HACCP requirements. The role offers full-time employment with competitive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams and night operations.
• Knowledge of receiving and inventory control best practices.
• Familiarity with OSHA, HACCP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Assist with employee schedules, work-loads and productivity and ensure that all picking, loading, and replenishing are done correctly and completed nightly.
• Insure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety requirements.
• Cover for any other area of the warehouse as needed and oversee the night operation when night supervisor is not available.
• Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
