Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of experience in warehouse management.
• Knowledge of OSHA, HACCP and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Strong leadership, communication and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve safety, service, and cost targets; oversee all night warehouse operations.
• Lead with a safety mindset; champion procedures and training.
• Develop Warehouse Managers through coaching and policy training.
• Oversee on-floor associates; drive engagement and retention.
• Plan headcount to maintain service levels and monitor hiring.
• Plan and implement technology to improve execution and quality.
• Direct development of production flow and cost-reduction strategies.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, losses, and safety reports; report to VP Operations.
• Maintain food safety standards and Master Sanitation Schedule adherence.
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse and equipment; OSHA compliance.
• In union facilities, assist in interpreting collective bargaining provisions.
• Other duties assigned by manager.
• Travel about 10% for mandatory meetings and training.
