ADVANCED ONION INC in Cave Creek, Arizona seeks a VNOC Resiliency Specialist (Night Shift) to monitor and triage critical infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments, acting as the first line of defense alongside Incident Managers.

You will work with SolarWinds, Elastic, and APM dashboards, execute runbooks, handle incident tickets in ServiceNow and Jira, and provide precise handovers and escalation paths during Major Incidents.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years in IT Operations Center (NOC/SOC) or similar.
• Fundamental cloud knowledge (AWS or OCI).
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and monitoring tools is preferred.

• Dashboard surveillance and rapid alert triage to support resiliency.
• Manage incident tickets and SLA compliance in ServiceNow and Jira.
• Coordinate with Incident Managers during Major Incidents.
• Maintain shift turnover logs and post-incident documentation.
