Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking an Incident Response Security Analysis Specialist Advisor for night shift in Tempe, AZ. You will perform detailed artifact analysis to identify intrusion methods, guide incident response, and drive security improvements across Windows, macOS, Linux, and cloud platforms.

The role requires 5+ years in cybersecurity operations, meaningful incident response/forensics experience, and relevant certifications; in-office attendance is preferred three days weekly with remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience working in the Cybersecurity Operations or Information Security.
• Certifications such as CISSP, ISSMP, SANS, GIAC, GCIA, CISM, CEH, GCFA, GCFE, GCIH, or GSEC preferred
• Experience in Incident Response and Forensics, Security Governance and Oversight, Security Risk Management, Network Security, or Threat and Vulnerability Management preferred
• Experience with information security risk management, audits, reviews, and risk assessments
• In-office attendance is preferred three days per week; after training, full remote work acceptable
• Night Shift- 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM PT (9:00 PM - 7:00 AM ET)

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of artifacts to determine intrusion methods and resolution
• Strong Incident Response knowledge and experience
• Knowledge of Mac OS, Linux, Windows and cloud environments
• Security data collection, analysis and correlation
• Develop information security policies, standards, and procedures
• Lead junior analysts as needed
• Monitor security events and incident response processes
• Investigate cybersecurity events across environments using various tools
• Create reports analyzing activities or trends
• Develop detections, playbooks, and automations for threat management
• Triage logs and alerts and escalate as needed
• Monitor external service provider activity
• Analyze security data in real time to spot threats
• Remediate compromised systems to a clean state
• Breach indicator assessments for network traffic
• Assist in investigations and reporting
• Stay current with security practices and industry trends
