Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is hiring a Guest Service Associate in a fast-paced parking environment. You will greet guests, help with luggage, park and retrieve vehicles, and explain rates and procedures with a focus on safety and courtesy.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license, with overnight shifts (11pm–7am) and opportunities to enroll in company benefits, including 401k and emergency coverage.

Qualifications

• One month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles and assists guests with luggage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival.
• Process tickets and payments as part of parking operations.
