Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality during arrival and departure. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles, assist with luggage, and deliver courteous, efficient service at night to ensure a smooth experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 month of related experience. A 11:00pm–7:00am shift is typical with opportunities for tips and benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• 1 month related experience or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions and information about local amenities and attractions.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Maintain accurate ticket information and cash handling.
• Operate Towne Park’s valet system and issue/collect keys.
